In order to confrim, we require a 50% deposit of the total with the balance
due 14 days before your event.

Cancellation: Please contact us right away if you need to cancel

Refunds: 100% of all monies paid if cancelled 60 days prior to event date

50% of all monies paid if cancelled more then 30 days prior to event date
No refunds should you cancel within 30 days of event date.

Transpo/Setup: $150.00

To confirm your booking, we require full payment.  Should your guest count increase we can make adjustments prior to your event date. 

Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund:
100% of any deposit/payment made if the booking is canceled more than 60 days prior to the event date

50% of any deposit/payment paid if the booking is canceled
more then 30 days prior to the event

No refunds of any deposit/payment paid if the booking is
